Import existing datasets

To import an existing dataset that you have created, you can simply upload a CSV. Follow the steps mentioned below:

Upload CSV file

• Navigate to the "Dataset" tab in the left navigation bar.
• Click on the "+" icon and choose Upload CSV Dataset
• Select the relevant CSV

Note: If you have an existing dataset on Maxim, click the upload CSV button on the top right to upload data into it.

Map columns

In order to bring your CSV columns in the right format to Maxim, you can map your CSV columns to the column types in Maxim. Once you see the modal to map columns, follow the steps below:

• You can choose to 'Add new column' for every CSV column and give it a name and type. Note that you cannot change a column type once added into a dataset.

• If you want to skip certain columns, you can uncheck the checkbox near column name
